We are a company dedicated to configure and program industrial robots and welding controls As specialized engineers in automotive sector, our service is based in quality, speed and improvement of the precision work in industrial robot programming.

In Nairobotics we are able to overcome programming challenges thanks to our expertise, know-how and official formal training in the most widespread robots in the market. Also, we like to approach or work in a creative way, because we know the easiest solution is not always the best.

Our skills

All our engineers are certified programmers in the following robots: Kuka (Krc1, Krc2, Krc4), Abb (IRC3, IRC5), Comau (C3G, C5G), Fanuc and Yaskawa.

Besides, we know the quality standards of this factories: Ford, Jaguar, Volvo, Gestamp, Bmw, Tesla and Magna.
We are certified in security policies programming in: Kuka, Yaskawa and Fanuc

Roller Hemming

Workflow in which the edge of the steel plate is bended in order to increse its resistance or to join several pieces of the same or different material.

Handling

Move or merge several products as part of the process, so that they are correctly positioned for the labour.

Sealer

Sealing application during the production must be very precise in order to maximize the resistance of the material.

Vision

Artificial vision is nowadays more used in automatization, to guide, position, measure and certification of a final product.

Laser Welding

Laser beam welding is the most widespread method nowadays. Highly effective in thin plates, melts and recrystallizes materials without the use of any external material.

Laser Brazing

Laser welding with material contribution. It requires a big knowledge of the process for its programming. This is because the light beam is crucial for the process quality as well as big precission in order to join the plates.

Spot Weld

Resistance welding. Is the most common process in automotive sector. It is generally used to join two metal sheets. The robot gets to join both pieces by resistance by transfering a big quantity of energy between the two pieces.
This process creates a very strong and lasting bond.

Arc Weld

MIG/MAG soldering. It is used to make a continuous joint between two pieces that may or may not be the same material. The robot precision ensures the best soldering in each cycle.
